- Citizenship: Filipino citizen

- Age: 18 years old and above

- Income: Stable source of income (employment, self-employment, business, or remittances)

- Device: Smartphone with active mobile number and email address

Repayments can be made through the Finbubu platform or available payment channels, depending on the licensed financial institution providing the service.
Available methods may include:

- E-wallets (GCash / Maya): via QR Ph or supported payment flow
